Hi Laura, My regrets in you loosing your mom,I understand when you wrote of the smell of mom's perfume, I can still smell dad's too an miss him so much! My dad passed away in 04, my mom has not been the same, Pray for her if you think of her. Her name is Shirley Hren!

I have married kids about the same age as you and Ryan...with a grandbaby girl, named Emmalie Neveah, on the way in Jan! I have been listening to your Father-in-law since 1979 almost 30 years. I have lots of tapes, one that helped me so much with my son about 4 years younger than Ryan. "The Stong-Willed Child". My son walked through some of what Ryan did in his teens too. He is our oldest of 5. It's funny cause my daugher-in-law's name is Laura and she is adopted too. I never knew Ryan was til just a few year ago...again listening to your Dad-in-law. Anyway, if you and Ryan ever in Alaska please stop by... we live about 40 mins. out of Anchorage, in Wasilla. We have a guest room, plus a whole daylight basement that looks out to one of our lakes and mountians, to stay in. The Lord said, he'd use our home and so here is a open invite. We live between 3 lakes with mountains all around us, a bit of heaven for sure. We moved from a home in Spokane, Wa(Linclon st),that sold to a adoption ministry called,"Kingdom Kids". I am saying this because we basically gave it away! The Lord said He would bless us! (We were not even excepting it, but the Lord said, He was shooting us like a rocket to Alaska, it's like we have lived here for 20 years, even friends with our Gov. and family,some because it a small town...it's amazing, look her up Sarah Palin, what a women of God, your dad needs to interview her, she just cleaned house in our government.!)

When we got to Alaska He did bless us in the land,lakes,home and a beautiful daugter-in-law inside and out,name Laura and now a grandaughter too! (I feel led by the Lord in asking you to come for some reason.) May you and all the Dobson family have a very blessed Christmas from the Maxwell's! P.S. Ask Ryan if he would like to speak for Young Life and CPC next fall, here in Wasiila? Fall is a good time to come with the silvers running up rivers and lakes. We live all around good fishing holes. Tell Ryan, my son Kyle has a gift in fishing:) Again, love to all Deborah Maxwell and family!
